Someone else posted this, but I didn’t quite find the answer in that thread. I am trying to create a private blog.
For each individual private blog post am I going to have to invite each person individually each time, or can they be invited to the blog once, and then have access to all posts after that? If I set it to private, will those I invited be able to view it and no one else?
Basically I want to create a Private blog for my company that only company employees can access without having to register for wordpress, and they can receive e-mail notifications each time I post. Since it is confidential, is it possible to hide the blog from other people unless invited?

Yes. People who have been invited will have access to all the posts even if the blog is set to private. You don’t have to invite them each time, You would have to invite them once.

This is not possible. Your employees need to have WordPress.com accounts to access the private blog. Signing up is easy, please do make sure they are signing up with the same email address on which they were invited.
