    I am in the process of trying to organise payment for a website upgrade, but due to the processes of our organisation I must provide quite a bit of detail on the payee organisation in order for our payment system to accept the request.

    Could someone please contact me with the following information (or as much as you are able to provide):

    Full Company Name
    Full Company address
    SME status
    UK Tax status and Tax information
    Company Registration Number
    Bank Details

    If you are a company and based in the US, we can also send you a W-9 form containing our tax information, if that’s needed to set us up as a vendor in your system.

    However, we don’t accept payment via direct bank transfer, and don’t provide our banking details on request.

    Please confirm if you want us to send you a copy of our W-9 form.

    Hi,

    Thanks so much for the quick response. We are a NHS health board based in the UK and would need the Tax information to be entered into our system to set you up as a supplier. Would this be something that could be sent to us as well?
