Company Website created in WordPress has error

We have a company website that was created in WordPress that is no longer working. We no longer have contact with the web developer. I have our user name and password. Our website address is http://www.madisoncouturier.com. Can someone help? My office number is [redacted by mod]

The site madisoncouturier.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Hostgator Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and Hostgator also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here.
