Company won’t give me acess

    The company that designed and launched my website is not responding to m requests for credentials so I can edit my website. They used WordPress which is why I’m contacting you.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    We can’t help in this matter. Only the company you were dealing can give you that information.

    Also a site using wordpress isn’t a site running on the wordpress.com platform but is a selfhosted site using the open source wordpress.org.
