Compatibility inquiry

Hello, I’ve had a website for over a decade and is hosted with GoDaddy.com, currently built/designed using Wix.com, but looking to switch to wordpress to incorporate WishList member. I also use Square.com or my online store and ConstantContact.com for my email service. What is my best plan of action to make sure everything is compatible and can move forward somewhat painlessly?
