Compatitibiliy issue..mozila vs internet explorer

  my website http://www.animeordie.net is having a compatibility issues in some browsers. Its a 3 column template… Posts, Navigation, Navigation
  it works fine in mozilla but in internet explorer 6 the biggest collum doesnt “go side by side by side” its goes under the two navigation columns is there anyway to fix this problem? or can i never have a 3 column website viewed the same way in all browsers ive getting getting a huge hit in my statistics and dont want to loose viewers
