  I would like to know if i can work with a wordpress blog using a TLD “.com.pe”. Thanks

  You can use a country specific domain, if you have purchased it somewhere else (since wordpress doesn’t offer them), all you need to do is map them, and you may need to do a DNS Zone Record (http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/dns-zone-records/)
