“Compelling Homespages” webinar – don’t see option to

    I’m following the webinar “Compelling Homepages” – around the 18:00 mark, we’re shown how to create a demo home page. I went to Pages > Add a Page > Blank Page, but I don’t see an option on the Page tab for “Page without title” under the Template section. There is no drop-down menu as shown below. Also, is it supposed to bring up a blank page in the Jaida theme (what I have active) or a totally “blank” page with no theme?
