    hello there i just bought a dormain name for $68.88 and they wont let me open a store they asking me to upgrade to a buisness plan of $398

    Looks like you are getting started with an online business, yes? I can confirm that you have upgraded to our Personal plan and it does include the ability to accept payments and sell goods/services.     Please note that the Personal Plan does not include the ability to upload plugins or themes however. It sounds like you may have been looking at an ecommerce plugin, and for that you would need our Business Plan (or higher) which would then allow you to upload any plugin or theme “designed for WordPress”

    As mentioned though, if you are just starting out you can definitely sell products through your online store using the Personal Plan. We go into that in more detail here: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/payments/#selling-physical-products
