  Hello @damilaremicheal,

  Firstly, if you are trying to bring in/install a third-party (downloaded elsewhere) theme onto your WordPress.com site (dmmediablogcom.wordpress.com), you will not be able to do so; as only users with a Business plan upgrade can install third-party themes to their WordPress.com site.

  In any case if you are having difficulty changing a theme for dmmediablogcom.wordpress.com site? What exactly seems to be the problem? Will you be able to give us more details as to what is the error shown when you wish to change a them?
