  I bought a premium plan for two times i was debited from my account but the site is still showing me free plan

  Hi –

  There have not been any upgrades or purchases made on the account you’re using here. Do you think it’s possible that you’ve created 2 accounts, maybe the charges are under the other one?

  When we process a charge there’s an email notification sent to the email address on that account as well.
