complain about support

  I had a theme with my domain and I posted it 3 times. except 1 nice guy flagging it for the wordpress staff, I did not get any answer, no support.
  After squeezing my brain, I found the solution myself.
  But this is far away from what I call support. I guess it is about “take it or leave it”. TY

  Generally staff don’t work at the weekend. Then you have to wait for staff to actually see your question. There are millions of people using wordpress.com blogs and websites, it can take time to get the help you want. Creating new threads will not help you, if anything it can make it take longer.

  Most of the people who respond to questions on these forums are volunteers. If someone flags it for staff to look at, you just have to wait for that to happen. Sad, but true.

  thank you anyway for paying attention. Afterall I am beware also of the fact, how many free stuff wordpress provides without charging anything. Just sometimes ….. we cannot sit and wait! TY
