Complaing about WordPress Service

Here is a record of the very poor service which I received from WordPress yesterday.
I was just enquiring about adding Google Analytics to my Free WordPress website.
(i have other WordPress accounts, some business, some free, some premium).Please follow the conversation carefully.
Tour “Happiness Engineer” told me I would have to Upgrade to a Business Plan.
I told him this was not my wish.
When he discovered that I was not happy with this, he offered to cancel(refund) my WordPress purchases. I asked him to do this, as I was frustrated with the response from the “Happiness Engineer”.
Then he came back and said he couldnt cancel any purchase, but he had cancelled my purchase of mapping the central site to which all my sites are connected.
I was fuming!
It was a complete disaster!
He then said he couldnt reverse the cancellation, but he would charge me again to re issue it.
What a disastrous “Happiness Engineer” I was unfortunate to come accross.
I asked him over and over again to put me on to a Manager, which he just ignored my requests.
He said a Manager would contact me today. No such contact happened!
IT IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!
I WILL NOW BROADCAST MY DISAPOINTMENT WITH WORDPRESS TO MY 13,500 lINKEDIN CONNECTIONS, AND FACEBOOK, ETC.
TO CONNECT WITH GOOGLE ANALYTICS SHOULD BE AN OPTION FOR A SITE ON ANY PLAN!
IT SHOULD NOT NEED AN EXPENSIVE uPGRADE OF €300!!!

This option is only available on our Business plan, otherwise you have access to the built in Stats section of your dashboard

So, you mean, I can’t add the Google Analytics code to my site, without a business plan!!Correct, external scripting like Google Analytics requires our business plan https://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

So, if you are telling me I can’t link to Google Analytics, without a 300 Euro Business Plan, I will gladly spread the word to my 13,000 LinkedIn connections, plus Facebook, etc
That is your choice, if you like I can assist you with refunding a purchase if you would like to consider using a self-hosted installation of WordPress
You better copy in this conversation to your Manager, coz I will tell the world about this basic dis service to your customers

To deny Google connectivity on their free Analytics service is immoral!
i will be making complaints to all Google platforms.
Wordpress has, it seems, become a money sucking machine, without any morals, or sense of fair play.

So it looks like the only purchase of yours that we can refund is the mapping for advancetrain.net. However, I can disable auto renew for your other sites and domains so that you’re not charged for them any furhter, if you’d like.

I asked you, many times, to put me through to a Manager, and you refused to do it. You disabled my sites.

You offered me a refund, and when I accepted it, you cancelled my mapping, then you told me that the refund offer was time limited, so that you couldn’t give me a refund on previous payments. Now I will have no sites!

I think you may have too great an expectation of what is available for free from WordPress.com. All free plans run on the same shared platform. Business plans are set up differently and consequently additional features such as plugins, external themes, Google Analytics etc can be added to them. If anything should go wrong with a particular Business plan site then that is the only one affected rather than the whole platform.
When he discovered that I was not happy with this, he offered to cancel (refund) my WordPress purchases. I asked him to do this.
You can only receive a refund for an upgrade within 30 days of purchase.
I have added a modlook tag to ask a member of staff to reply (and redact your phone number).
