Complaint
-
Hi. I have filed a complaint through PayPal for crediting my account for a domain mapping I don’t own anymore via WordPress. That is fitdict.com and I shortly received an automated e-mail that said if I cancel the claim I would receive my money back instantly. I did verify and my card hasn’t been debited with the amount.
Thank you!

Hello Liz
I have several blogs including visitrossonwye.wordpress.com. I recently upgraded this blog in the expectation I could use my own domain visitrossonwye.com and drop the ‘wordpress’. I paid $35.88 and then found when I tried to map my own domain that WP appeared to have given me visitoverross.com or something like that – a domain I don’t recognise and don’t want. Then I’m expected to pay to map the domain I do own. This isn’t right. Please allow me to use the domain I do own and not the one you appear to have ‘given’ me or refund my money. -
