  I am a Business customer and I have been promised 24/7 support. Is anybody else having trouble getting WP to honour that promise?

  Hey there @dougj147, can you share what’s happening when you go to https://wordpress.com/help/ ?

  We do have some AI features that will try to answer frequently asked questions for you, but if those aren’t correct or helpful you should be able to access direct support.

  I eventually got an answer via email. The AI rarely offers anything I haven’t tried before and I’m tired of waiting, sometimes days, before I get the response I was told I would get quickly.
