complaint joint website usage
-
Hello
i once hosted a travel blog with my ex partner andrew fenn. the blog is called http://www.rimorterra.wordpress.com. We maintained and run the site together. Our relationship ended in August 2016, but the blog has continued to run.
The front page once said Diane and Andrews Blog, but i have now noticed he has changed this to Andrews blog.
Much of the content is about me and the photos also included me. It is a 50/50 hosted page.
I have not had access to the site since our relationship ended and he had full access. I was ok with this and still used the site as a personal reference point for my travels. But now he has changed the site to andrews blog.I would therefore like access to share the site. or have the blog removed completely as it contains personal sensitive information and photos that i don’t have access to edit.
I no longer communicate with andrew fenn, but happy to share the site.
Would you please contact andrew to discuss options? and let me know what the next steps are?
Kind Regards
Diane Birch

Oof, I’m sorry. That’s a really tough situation, Diane.
It looks like you’ve been sharing a single account in his name and email. For security reasons, we can’t provide access to that, and we aren’t really in a place to step in and help you untangle what’s yours and his or make him change the site name back.
If you’ve been unable to work this out with him, though, you do have the option of filing a DMCA claim on the content you created. I’m not a lawyer and can’t offer legal advice, but if you are copyright owner (creator) of some of the content that may be your best recourse. You can find more information here:
Here’s hoping you can work this out!
