Complete newbie question, what is the page of the blog called that people see

  Is it the dashboard? I keep coming across new pages in my blog and I don’t know what is the one that others will see. I changed the background pic and it doesn’t seem to show anyway so I guess I didn’t find the actual main page where the articles are meant to go.

  I can see this blogging thing will take a loooooong time for me to learn. I thought it would be much simpler. Is the pay version easier?
