complete refund not done for $35

  i cancelled my purchase of $35 but refund of only $22 is initiated.

  Your account is showing that cancelling your plan only triggered a partial refunded; I’ve just refunded the remaining $13 to you.

  Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
