Complete website backup

  Hello,

  I’ve a question about the guided transfer service.
  We’re in need to obtain a complete full backup of our website (juilmilano.wordpress.com), cause we’re putting it offline but we also would like to save a backup of it.
  Ideally a zip file with all the website files and a database dump would be great.

  Can we get these with that service of yours ?

  See the Export support page. You may create an XML file of the site’s content with the export tool. If you run into any trouble in attempting to create such a file, you may call for staff assistance by adding a “modlook” tag to the sidebar of this topic.
