Completely baffled by initial setup

Ive set up the site. Bought the domains. They are all active. The site has been published. But I am getting nothing when I access the domain. I have a Creator package but can’t get support from WordPress directly. Can anyone help me please?

We’ll be happy to help! I’m afraid I don’t quite understand the issue, though. When you say you’re getting nothing, what do you mean specifically? For example, is the site just not loading when you type in the domain drjwood.com? Or are you having issues within the admin dashboard? Are you getting any error messages? If so, what do they say?

I get a “Can’t connect to server error” when I type in the address drjwood.com. I cannot access any of the pages Ive setup from the admin dashboard either and get a similar message

Please try clearing your browser cache and then attempt to access the site again. If it still does not work at that point, please include a screenshot of the full error message with your reply.
