Completely changing the content of current site

  I have an ‘old’ site ‘sunrunnerdals.wordpress.com’ that I want to completely change. The content no longer applies & I want to wipe it out, then replace it with new; but I can’t seem to find anywhere that shows me how to do it. Please help. Thanks.
