  Hello, as my work changed I would like to clear everything out, my account, mail, name… And then, later, to start from the beginning, Can you please do that for me.

  Hi, we can’t clear it out for you, but you’re welcome to do it.

  If you’ve left a company, you might consider giving them access to this account by changing the address to theirs and having them confirm the change and reset the password.

  Then you can simply start a new account.
