Completely Grey Everywhere Except the Sidebar

  Hi, when I go to edit a page, product, plugins, or anything else my screen is completely grey. I can’t deactivate my plugins or themes because nothing comes up. I have tried to log in three different days at different times and it just stays grey…Can anyone help?

  Hi, the site is currently under a different account that is temporary. http://i17.c0f.myftpupload.com/ the site itself is fine but the backend is completely grey and I can’t deactivate any plugins or themes since it is grey. I don’t exactly know what to do. Please let me know if you have any ideas!

  celiaadmin that really does sound odd. Unfortunately we can’t access that to see what’s wrong.

  These forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service. Our service can be quite different from what you have as your own WordPress installation at another host.

  If I were you, I’d recommend trying other browsers, then making a fresh installation in a different folder to see if you have the same problem. If you do on both counts, I’d recommend contacting your host.
