Completely Locked out of my WordPress.com Account

  Had to register new WordPress account to post this.

  I have 2-step authentication enabled. And it won’t let me me log it.

  So, I got a new phone and my Google Authenticator app was deleted. When I download it again, my WordPress authenticator codes are not there anymore. Furthermore, my phone number that entered for my for backup was entered in wrong, so I can’t recover my account through an SMS code.

  What do I do?

  Hi there,

  What I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will e-mail a single use contact to regain access to your account.
