Completely Unable To Access Site Admin & Site

  After leaving my computer running, the plugins for the site updated & now I’m unable to access anything on the website or even so much as get to the admin page. Whenever I try to load any page related to my website I get this ‘Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/users/artizanwp/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-file-manager/file_folder_manager.php on line 1381’. This computer was not the one to originally create the website so none of the plugin information is downloaded and the original computer that created the site is long gone. I have looked up many possible solutions to this problem but all of which seem to rely on having access to the admin page or the downloaded plugin files. Does anyone know any solutions to this issue?
