I keep getting the message “The “Postal Code” field does not seem to be in a valid United States format.” Even though its my regular postal code used every day.

Are you located in the US, and are you listing your zipcode as a 5 digit zipcode? Or are you located elsewhere?

Thanks for responding. I did figure out I needed to enter all 9 zip code digits (it would help if that were made clear).

Actually, I paid $26 for domain name & privacy, but decided I want the $79 premium package. How do I add the premium package without being charged again for what I paid for, and without canceling the domain name.
