Completion of my acct: payment, domain set up, and paid to Blog.

Hello, Please advise how to set up my acct for monthly payments, how can I make a domain with my account and get paid to become a Blogger?
Today I received an email from WordPress team about completing my set up but I need assistance. I’ve this Blog for about a 10 months; I’m excited about continuing on as an avid blogger. Can you help?

If you wish to upgrade a WordPress.com site to a paid plan you’d need a Premium plan if you wish to earn any money from your site. Upgrades are charged annually not monthly:
