Completly Deleting Site

I read your Instructions Throughly how to delete your Site, but thier is no Settings showing on Left Sided Panel that will allow me to Exit to in order to follow the steps

Did you want to delete only the site or your entire account (including the site)?
To delete only the site, but retain your account, follow this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/
To delete everything, including your account and all sites under it, you’d follow the guide that Staff linked to earlier https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/
In both cases, you do need to be logged in with the account associated with that site, not logged out. Then you’d head to Settings>General in your browser window, making sure you are in that dashboard’s DEFAULT VIEW (not Classic) and scroll down until you see the delete option on the right side. Then follow the prompts
If you need to change the View, you can do that in the upper right corner of the browser window where you’ll see a tab View (temporary screenshot)

To do that, you need to head to your Account pagehttps://wordpress.com/me/account and the link to delete your account and all sites will be found at the very bottom of that page.
