Complex plugin to evaluate user activity?

  Ok, I’m not much of a programmer but I am looking for a plug-in for rating the users based on their activity – comments in blog posts, posts in a forum, connected with WP (if possible phpBB, if not – another WP compatible forum). Please give me some pointers as to how to achieve this :).

  Any help appreciated.

  We can’t use plug-ins on WordPress.COM. This support forum is for WordPress.com hosted blogs only. If you have a self-hosted WordPress blog you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums, not here.
