  Hola, buen día. EL pasado 24 de noviembre compré el dominio melvasangri.com y ahora veo que lo tiene alguien más. Me pueden ayudar a recuperarlo. Tengo comprobante de la compra.

  The domain, melvasangri.com, was cancelled by your account on September 14th and has since been purchased by someone else. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help get the domain back.

  You may be able to contact the new owner and ask if they would be willing to give it back.

  Whay was it cancelled? I didn´t do it!!! Was it automatically? in the other hand, whay did you allowed me to purchase it on November 24th?????

  The domain expired back in April 2016. In September, when it had failed to be renewed it was released from your account. It has since been purchased by someone else. There is nothing else I can do to help you with this. My best suggestion is to contact new owner and see if they will be willing to sell it back to you. Alternatively, you can start over with a new domain.
