  We previously used your platform to build a website, but after it was no longer in use, it has not been maintained.

  Recently, we were informed by users that this WordPress-based website has been compromised and is currently displaying illegal content such as gambling-related information. This situation poses a serious reputational risk to our company, and we would like to have it addressed as soon as possible.

  We would greatly appreciate it if your team could review this issue and contact us privately to proceed with the necessary actions, including disabling or taking down the affected website. We are unable to log in using the original credentials, as the site has not been maintained.

  Do you still own the domain or not? It is currently registered with Godaddy not here at WordPress.com.. If you let the domain expire and someone else purchased it then they can put whatever content they want on it.
