  Bonjour WordPress !
  Nous avons acheté aujourd’hui le thème premium Nikau, mais nous voulons passer carrément à une formule wordpress premium or nous avons vu que les thèmes étaient illimités dans ce cas-là. Est-ce possible de revenir en arrière ?

  If I understood correctly with my limited French, you’re looking for a refund on the Premium plan. If that is true, you’ll need to contact staff directly here: https://wordpress.com/help/contact

  Hi elsafp,

  There are no upgrades owned by the account you are logged in to, so it appears you purchased the theme using another account. Please reply from the account you used to make the purchase so I can see your upgrades.

  As staff-brock mentioned, you can post to the French forums but I am also happy to help you here :)

  Sorry I’ve been struggling to find the appropriate forum to post :)

  So here is my issue, I’ve bought a premium theme before getting a premium access. Is it right that if you have a premium account you can get unlimited acess to premium themes ? Would it be possible to go back in time and get a premium account and then choose a theme ?

  That’s correct, yes! We offer a 30 day refund period for Premium Themes so I can issue a refund if you would like to purchase the Premium plan instead? Just reply to confirm you are happy for me do so and I can sort that out for you.

  I’ve issued a refund for the premium theme and there is a copy of the refund receipt in the Billing History of your saumonsite account:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually show on your statement in 7-14 business days, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.

  You can now go ahead and purchase the Premium plan from page:

  https://wordpress.com/plans

  Your replies are being posted from two accounts. Before you purchase a plan, just double check you are logged into the correct account :)
