Concern about a blog that is following me

A blog that has started following me listed as http://innerselftherapyanalysis.wordpress.com has my block ‘nom de plum’ on it ‘luceaudaemonia’ and my e-mail listed as their own (email visible only to moderators and staff). I did not start this blog and there are no posts and it appears unmanaged. Just wondering what it’s all about? Though you might know. Is it spam or maybe someone creating a little mischief?
