Concerns over another wordpress site

I understand that anything published on these sites, WordPress the company is not responsible for, however there is a website using you as a provider (https://tonyodarg.wordpress.com/) which is a blog advertising for a ‘white ethnostate’ and ‘genocide of non-whites’ and including much more obscenely hateful content and derogatory words towards ethnic minorities. Is it possible for the site to be taken down for inciting violence and hate speech? Thanks for your help.
