Condenseing my post

  Hi so i wanna condense my home page posts so it shows maybe a sentence or 2 of the post with a small picture nest to it like this blog? http://www.shanghaigirleats.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please first check if your theme supports Excerpts. Otherwise try More Tag.

  You should be covered between these two options for splitting the content. Please let us know if not :-)

  Thank you but I don’t like the layout of both those options since the picture remains to big and distracting?

  We can do two things:

  [1] Reduce the size of thumbnails in the Dashboard > Settings > Media Settings > Thumbnail Size. But this affects every thumbnail image size on your blog.

  [2] We can add few more line of text to the excerpts or in the more tag.
