  I’m trying to optimize the background image (its about 1100 px tall) of my site

  If the user’s screen is shorter than the image, the image will be cropped at the bottom so that it’ll fit nicely on the user’s screen

  If the user’s screen is somehow taller, the image will be resized proportional so that the image will fit nicely too

  How do I achieve this?
