  Is there a way to contact wordpress.com privately to make a complaint about a blogger who does not seem to be responding in good faith to questions about a service I purchased on his blog?

  If you have a paid upgrade, please use the “Contact Support” form, http://support.wordpress.com/contact/ where you will receive a choice of having staff answer your question publicly or privately.

  Complaints are not dealt with on public support forums. Only Terms of Service Staff have authority in such cases.
