  Hi, I want to know if I can create an Internal blog that only employees can see

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes you can do that by making the blog visibility private. To change blog visibility to Private go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading scroll to Site Visibility and choose option 3
