    Hi friends,

    I would like to enquire about confidentiality.
    My blog is a political blog. In my country it is very dangerous for me to expose myself.
    For that reason if I were to upgrade my blog, then I have to reveal my real name, my phone number, my address and my bank account or perhaps my paypal account.

    Will those be exposed to the public if I were to upgrade this blog? I am very concern about it. Please explain.

    We don’t reveal any of your personal information you provide when buying an upgrade. You can view our privacy policy here:

    The only exception is if you buy a domain from us that does not support private registration, in which case the contact information you provide will be visible in the public Whois database.

    That said, this support forum, where you provided your full name and email address is public, and visible to anyone with access to the internet. I’ve gone ahead and redacted those from your post.
