    Buenas tardes me gustaría obtener un dominio con ustedes pero tengo una pregunta:
    si obtengo un dominio podre tener acceso a las configuraciones de temas y demás personalizaciones del escritorio de wordpress?

    The answer to your question is no. When you purchase a domain mapping upgrade only one thing changes and it is the URL. Everything else remains exactly the same.

    You cannot upload any third party themes into a WordPress.COM hosted blog so be clear on that. The only themes we can use on WordPress.com blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software are the themes that are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/

    In order to map to a domain one must have an underlying .wordpress.com subdomain blog to map from, and the domain name you desire must be available for purchase, or you must already own the domain URL.

    You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard at > Store > My Upgrades to purchase upgrades for the blog.
