configuring 1&1 hosted domain with WordPress

  I have done this previously without a glitch, but here is my problem:

  I have a new domain name and hosting package via 1&1
  Used their Click and Build WordPress plug in to set up website via WordPress- this is listed by 1&1 as s475980440.websitehome.co.uk

  I cannot see my website online (initially showed as a 1&1 default page, but now is just a blank white page), and WordPress will now not allow me to access the account with the (correct) username and password I put in when setting it up via 1&1. It just sort of shakes and goes blank again.

  I tried to follow the 1&1 technical advice ” Click&Build application is being assigned to the technical subdomain (s475980440.websitehome.co.uk). In order for your domain to pullup the website, you need to do a domain forwarding”

  I tried this, but I cannot even highlight the sub domain that has been set up as the WordPress sub domain.

  Any advice, that isn’t technically loaded, would be greatly appreciated.
