Configuring an Instagram Widget

  Hello,

  Can anyone give me any guidance here please? I’m trying to add my company’s Instagram feed to our website however every time I try to add it, it comes up with this red circle that says ‘coolboxltd refused to connect’.

  Does anyone know why this might be the case?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It appears your website is not hosted on WordPress.com:

  If that is the case, you can find support at the WordPress.org forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  However, it does seem like a plugin issue, so you may need to contact the plugin author directly.

  I have had temporary issues with connecting WordPress to Instagram in the past, so it could also be a problem on Instagram’s end that may resolve itself with time.
