configuring comments

  I notice when I click on comment on any of my posts, there are no places for the person’s name, url, etc. I’ve searched the site but can’t find anything on this. Could someone point me in the right direction please?

  The Name/URL/Email boxes are not showing up for you because you are looking at them while you are signed in, and WP.com already has that information for you. Every signed in user sees the same thing, but don’t worry, WP can tell them apart.
