  How do I delete my site ?

  go to this link to delete your website https://wordpress.com/settings/delete-site/vakhshur.wordpress.com. and click on delete button

  If you want to permanently delete your site, please first empty it of all the contents by following the guide below:

  and then completely delete it by following the steps outlined here:
