confirm email address is not being sent

I am trying to set up a blog for work but the confirm email address is not being sent
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with the actual blog’s name in that URL.
The first step is verifying that you entered the correct email address on your accounts page. Please confirm that the email address here https://wordpress.com/me/account is correct.
If you cannot locate the email activation/verification/confirmation check your email client spam filter, and if you use gmail or google apps please consult these guides:

Our system shows the email has been sent, so please check your spam folder in case it has gone there. If you can’t find it, just let me know and I’ll help you with the next steps.

Hi there,
I think my work email is set to really high restrictions unfortunately. The emails to notify me that you sent a message on the forum come through. Is there any way that I can move this site onto my personal one? I tried to do this but it is not letting me. That email associated with it is “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”

Is there any way that I can move this site onto my personal one?
The email address on your Account Settings page can be updated to your personal address. Once you’ve made that change and clicked ‘Save Account Settings’ you should receive a confirmation email at that email address.

I tried this but it says that my personal email is already being used. I do have a wordpress account already set up with my personal email and I am wondering if I can add this as a second domain to the one i already have. http://www.momma-rd.com
I should have just added a site to my personal email account but i was trying to do one through work…it would be easier to just add them all to the same account user name.

I tried this but it says that my personal email is already being used.
We require each WordPress.com account to have a unique email address, so you won’t be able to use your personal email address for the account you are logged in to now.
I’ve sent an email to the current address on your account, please let me know whether that comes through to you.
