Confirm that $300 processed on Feb 12 has been refunded.

    I purchased the business plan on Feb. 12 and refunded the same day (Feb. 12) due to miscommunication on my end on which plan I needed. However, I haven’t seen the amount refunded in my account yet. I know that should have only taken 6 days to refund and would like to know when I can see the funds in my account as it is now 14 days overdue. Thank you.

    I can see we issued the refund on February 12, 2018. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

    Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears on the refund receipt as a reference.
