  Please make sure that the email address you entered is correct. Please go here: https://wordpress.com/me/account

  After that, I would suggest checking your spam/junk folders. If you are using Gmail/Google Apps with tabs, then check them all as well. https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/ Within this link, there are also several different recommendations on checking your settings to make sure that you don’t have something disabled and/or blocked.

  If you have checked all of the above and are still unsuccessful, then you can add the modlook tag to this post so that someone from Staff can assist you further. On the right hand side of the screen, you should see the ability to add a tag. Type in the word “mod look”, then hit add tag. Please be patient while waiting for someone from Staff to get back with you.

  Correction:

  If you need to add the modlook tag, it will be one word.
