  I sign up (email visible only to moderators and staff) mail adress but I didn’t have confirmation mail

  Please check that the email you have entered here
  https://wordpress.com/me/account is correct.

  If it is correct, then please check spam/social folders.

  If using gmail: https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/

  If you have checked the above and still do not receive the email, add the modlook tag to this thread so that someone on Staff can assist you further. You will see the option to add a tag to the right hand sidebar. Type modlook and click on add. Please be patient while waiting for someone to get back with you.
