Confirmation Email

I am unable to receive a confirmation email. I have clicked the ‘re-send confirmation email’ link and it’s still no where to be found. I’ve refreshed my email and checked in my junk folder and there is nothing.

It is confirmed because I switched the email address to my personal one instead of my work email. Do you know why I couldn’t receive the confirmation email to my work email?

I checked our email logs and can see we sent confirmation emails to your work email address. Is it possible they went to the spam folder or were filtered out by a work spam filter?
