Confirmation email

  Hi, I registered my account, but confirmation email is still not in my inbox nor in spam/junk folder. I tried to resend the email, but with no luck. Please assist.

  Hi there,

  Please double check that the email you have entered here: https://wordpress.com/me/account is correct.

  Make sure that you check all spam/social folders. If using gmail: https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/

  If you have checked all of the above and still do not receive the email, add the modlook tag to this thread so that someone on Staff can assist you further. You will see the option to add a tag to the right hand sidebar. Type Modlook and click on add. Please be patient while waiting for someone to get back with you.

  @dragonball62016 – The email you set up to have associated with your account is where your email will go.

  E.g. If you used a Yahoo account, it would be in your Yahoo mail.

  If you click on the first link I sent above, it will take you to your Account Settings and show you the email you have entered.

  Are you looking to receive a specific email from WordPress?
